Galway and Trad on the Prom questions(accomodations)

We have decided to add an additional day to our Galway itinerary:

We leave Ennis and head to Doolin for the Doolin Cliff walk then on to Galway (maybe stopping to eat at Paddy Burkes on the way). We are staying at the thatched roof cottage for two nights. The first night we will explore the town and pubs. The second day we will take a ferry to the Aran Islands and explore on bicycle.

The third newly added day is to take the Connemara tour and Trad on the Prom package. I am looking for accomodations for this night. Park House and the Galway Bay hotel are booked. I am considering the Salt Hill hotel or St Martins B&B ( awaiting availability confirmation at the B&B) Any other accomodation suggestions? I thought being near the promenade and the sea would be nice.

Also, If I choose the Salthill hotel would you recommend the full irish beakfast there at 10 euro pps. It sounds nice, but it might be nice to go somewhere in town or on the way to Killarney ( our next stop) as we have mostly B&B breakfasts on our trip.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Another place to stay overlooking Galway Bay is Sea Breeze Lodge. I stayed there last Oct and it was great. The Salthill Hotel will be much closer to Trad on the Prom. Marless House is always good and not too far from Trad.

Breakfast depends on what you prefer to do. Frankly I find buffet breakfasts at hotels are not as good as B&B breakfasts. There are a few exceptions. I prefer to eat breakfast and then check out. But that is just me. I really don't want to be hunting for breakfast while starving in the morning.

I love staying at Marless House and it's a short walk to Trad on the Prom.
