Hi everyone

I'm working on our trip for this fall and one of the places we are thinking of staying is Kilkee.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice B&B?  There will be 4 of us - all women in our 60's. We would be in Kilkee around September 29th or 30th.  We prefer to stay within walking distance of pubs and restaurants but don't mind a short drive after dinner if its a really nice place

Probably Lynches in Kilkee itself. Or Waters Edge on Westend. Sea Crest farm is an option I often give but that's closer to Spanish point and a bit out of the way.

If all goes as planned, we plan to be there at that same time. This year we're planning to stay at the Stella Maris hotel, as the last 2 B&Bs we stayed at there were not to our liking. (Neither one was the ones recommended above.)

Thanks everyone!

Tony - we had been looking at Waters Edge so I just submitted a request to them.  It looks lovely.  Thank you so much for the suggestion.

Carla -  Stella Maris also looks very nice.  We'll have to compare notes on this forum after our trips.  Who knows - maybe we'll see each other in Kilkee!  I have not been to Loop Head in my prior trips to Ireland so am looking forward to exploring this area.
