Email them and tell them about the message. You don't say if it is on their website or a booking engine. Maybe you can phone them instead?

It starts at the website and is then turned over to a booking engine. On the site I get to pick the room and it's availability. Once that parts done it's turned over to the booking agency for payment. After I fill out all the information and try to submit, I get that message. It's for Glen-Eireann. I'll try and email them. They've been the only one you suggested so far for payment up front first. I have friday and sunday lined up, just need Sat. and they seem to have a room that's perfect for me but im afraid someone will get it before i do, and I tried last night and then again today :(

I don't know what state you live in, but here in Florida you can buy an International Calling Card for $5 or $10 that lets you phone Ireland for about  10 cents per minute -- Which is why I only ever buy the $5 ones  biggrin.  I use it to call over for reservations and such and then leave it with our daughter to call us while we are there . . .

Costco an Sam's carry them too, but I'm not sure about the lower denomination . . .

Thanks Bob, I'll look into it tomorrow at Sam's. I'm in Michigan. And departure date is next thurs. Needed a room for Sat. the 11th- a day that's going to get harder and harder to get. It's for a b&b suggested on here by Michele called Glen-Eireann. Just afraid it'll be gone if i don't find a way soon. Thanks for the idea on the international calling card though. That is very affordable and convenient for doing just what you said.

I like the looks of this particular b&b and the price even better and just hoping i can get this one. Kind of frustrating going through all the steps and having the csr message pop up at the end. It's not my card. I know it's good. So im not sure.

Also, I just had a thought that your Credit Card company might not be allowing the charge since it's a 'suspicious' (as in, untypical -- for you) Foreign transaction.  Have you notified your Credit Card companies  (and debit card banks that you will be going to Ireland and Northern Ireland?

They usually ask for a Start and stop date.

Sometimes using a different browser will work. There are some actions I cannot accomplish with Chrome that work in Internet Explorer. Hard to know what the problem is.

Just noticed you can also book on booking.com: Glenn-Eireann House. Maybe that will work.

Thanks, I will try the link Michele. I believe booking.com is where they have been sending me but am not sure. Will try it. I also considered another
browser. I have a mac and use safari. I'll try again tomorrow at work if their computer will let me. If not there the local library. I did notify my bank
credit card company that I was going to Ireland. I told them I'm leaving on the 9th and getting back on the 21st. Would they not let me
do any transactions leading up to that? Even though it would make sense that I would be making reservations? Might have to call them again.
