nota,

Welcome to the forum! I think your itinerary looks pretty good. You are staying in most places for two nights and making the most of your trip without making it too hectic. You have two long days: Kilkenny to Kenmare (I see you picked up on the route I gave to Irish 57) & Doolin to Malahide.

Too bad you couldn't have departed from Shannon as that would have cut out the cross-country drive. However, just make the best of it. You might make a mid-day stop at either Clonmacnoise or Belvedere House & Gardens. That will break up the long drive.

You can see the Cliffs of Moher and parts of the Burren on the day you drive from Dingle to Doolin. You will probably want to take the ferry across the Shannon.

Thank you ,Michele, for your comments and suggestion to see the cliffs and the burren on our way to Doolin. This will make the long drive to Malahide less busy...

Hi Michele ,
I've just realised that we don't have "11 days in May " but 12.....!!!!!
Where would you add that miraculous day ?!
I'm so excited about that....

Looking forward for your answer ,

nota,

How wonderful to find an extra day for Ireland! You can't go wrong with three days in Kenmare. Settle in and enjoy.

Nota,

Now that you have your itinerary, it is time to think about making lodging reservations.
