Hi,
I've been looking online for days now, and can't seem to find what is the allowable cash limit to bring into Ireland.  Indeed if anyone knows the allowable cash limit to bring out of USA that would be appreciated also.

Welcome to the forum. You can bring as much cash as you want to Ireland. However, if it is over $10,000 you must declare it. See the following page for info: http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/vacation/kbyg/money.xml

If you carry more than $10,000, you might want to bring me along to hold onto it for you and provide tour information. I particularly skilled at both.
