Ireland Coupon Pack

Hi Everyone,

Please note that the Ireland Coupon Pack cannot be individually customized to each person. I do not know where you are going. I do not know what sightseeing venues you will be visiting. I do not know which stores you will be shopping at. Please check the list on my website to see if the coupons will be of benefit to you: http://www.irelandyes.com/discounts.html If they will not, perhaps Heritage Ireland admissions will be a better fit: http://www.heritageireland.ie/

I send ALL coupons currently available including coupons for golfing. Obviously the golfers among you will be pleased. If you are not a golfer just discard the golfing coupons or share them with others. If the thought of receiving coupons for golf discounts is distasteful to you do not order the Coupon Pack.

I want people to be happy with what they receive. But only you know if the Coupon Pack will be right for you. If you have any questions please contact me http://www.irelandyes.com/contact.html or post a message.

I will not be able to analyze each person's trip
and tell them if the Coupon Pack will be of benefit to them. Each individual must do that themselves.

If you are not pleased with the Coupon Pack I will gladly refund your money if you return the complete Coupon Pack to me within 10 days in unused condition. No questions asked!

Michele

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I have updated the list of where the coupons are good for 2007:
http://www.irelandyes.com/discounts.html

I am happy to note that the new Cliffs of Moher Visitor's Center is included and eligible for a 25% discount.

I have had a problem with people ordering the Coupon Pack, removing and keeping their coupons of choice, and returning the Pack to me for a refund. As I mentioned in the post above I will give a refund but I would like to have the complete Coupon Pack returned within 10 days in unused condition. I don't think that is too much to ask.

This is what I added to my website to try and avoid the current problem:

"I must respectfully ask that you return all the coupons. Some people have ordered the Coupon Pack, removed the coupons they wanted and returned a incomplete Coupon Pack to me. There is always a small percentage of people who will take advantage. Despite that, I have refunded their full processing, shipping & handling fee without mentioning the shortfall to them. Unfortunately, if the trend continues it will force me to discontinue the Coupon Pack completely. My sterling reputation speaks for itself and I always deal with everyone
with honesty and courtesy."

Michele

P.S. I hope this does not offend anyone but it does seem to be an ongoing problem and I don't know how else to solve it. If anyone has suggestions feel free to let me know.

Hello, Michele,

I am ordering your Ireland Coupon Pack, and hope to use many of the coupons. Just wanted to say that it is hard to believe anyone would "use" this opportunity you are giving us. It takes all kinds, doesn't it?

Thanks for all you do.

Helen

Helen,

Take a look at where the coupons apply to see if it meshes with your trip. I also recommend looking at the following too:

Heritage Card: http://www.heritageireland.ie/en/HeritageCard/
Ireland at a Glimpse: http://www.take-a-glimpse.com/
Dublin Pass: http://www.dublinpass.ie/dublinpass/

Obviously there is no "one size fits all". It just depends on where you are going and what you plan on seeing. Also, since most of the coupons I have are 2-for-1 they are of benefit for two people traveling together. Not so much for solo travel.

As I said previously, I really don't mind doing a refund if someone decides the Coupon Pack is not for them. It is just that I would like to have the complete contents so I can use it again. I am hoping that things "settle down" and people understand the right thing to do. It is sort of like someone buying my book, tearing pages out and then returning it for a refund. I'm sure that wouldn't go over so well at Barnes and Noble or Waldenbooks.
