Fiztwilliam vs Harrington in Dublin?

We will normally stay in B&Bs for our visit but plan to splurge one day in Dublin. Trying to decide between Harrington House and the Fitzwilliam.  They are roughly the same cost (200 euros for a couple).  Anyone have a recommendation?  Looks like they both have access to Trinity College, National Museum and other sites.  Also is there a recommendation on a B&B in Salthill/Galway that would have good views of the Bay?

Hope that helps until someone more knowledgable checks in.

Splitstar,

Does Harrington Hall have a dining room? Might make the difference.
