where to stay in Dublin

Any good suggestions for a relatively inexpensive but clean and comfortable place to stay for 2 nights in Dublin?  Most of the B&B's in BLGTI seem to be near the airport.  I'd like to stay in town where it's easy to walk around.

Thanks for your input!

I've not been to I reland yet but while planning my itinerary Bit suggested Abberley House. She said that it was relatively inexpensive for Dublin. I checked out their website (www.abberleyhouse.ie) and it does look like a clean, comfortable place to stay. Good luck!

Kris,

Take a look at Abberley, it is very well situated for both city centre and Temple Bar area. The rates are quite reasonable, especially for Dublin. I have stayed there and found it quite satisfactory.

Kris,

Also check out Jury's Inn Christchurch. A bit farther away is Bewley's Ballsbridge. Both convenient to central Dublin but Ballsbridge is about 15 - 20 minute walk.

Hi Kris!
Just wanted to chime in that we found JurysInn Christchurch perfectly adequate for our needs and in a great location.
Have a wonderful trip!
