Can anyone suggest a company with a good all inclusive price?  preferably with a shuttle from arrivals to the car lot

Check my "Car Rental" page and click through to Kemwel. They have some good prices but do shop around and take your best offer. That page will also give you important info you need to know about renting a car. Just click on the IrelandYes Index and on Car Rentals.

I hope you find just the right company and good rates.
