The website for Waterloo House says it is a 7 minute walk from Jurys. However, most Irish websites tend to err toward underestimating walking times. It will probably take twice as long (or even longer with luggage). You could call a taxi at Jurys or just get a taxi from the airport. It probably depends on the amount of luggage you have. If it is a lot just budget for a taxi and be done with it. Sometimes convenience is the way to go.
