Just wanted to let you know that an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in Surrey England has No. Ireland on alert for the disease. To prevent spreading (as happened in 2001) local ports have been closed to animals from Great Britain. All ports and airports have installed disinfectant mats for visitors to cross so they don't bring the disease in on their shoes. For more info:
