Hmmmm. I did that; my  uploaded image is sitting there on the page, but  how do I get it onto the site, please? Maybe I am too new?

Bit, thanks for the good wishes. I'll be missing everyone on my favorite forum while I'm gone--but not too much! I'll be too busy, I hope! I promise to have a long trip report with photos, camera willing, and there will be a quiz at the end.

I looked at my avatar place--Sister, try clicking "Select Avatar" which should be below your avatar. We'll see what happens.

If you click on your name and then on Avatar on the left it will give you the option of either uploading an avatar from your computer or linking to an avatar that is online. Let me know if you need more help.
