Advice please :)

Hi!

I am planning a trip to Europe with some friends this summer and Ireland is definitely on our list of places to go. Unfortunately we won't have a lot of time to spend therecry.gif...four to five days at most.

We would really like to see Dublin and Cork but I'm not sure if this is possible. I was thinking we could spend 2-3 days in Dublin and fly to Cork, spending 2 days there. Does this sound like a good idea or should we shelve Cork and save it for a separate trip? Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

mariag,

Welcome to my forum! With such a short time you may be better off just basing in Dublin and saving Cork for another visit. Dublin is also a good base if you want to see just a bit of the countryside because there are many day tours that depart from there.

Give me some ideas of what your interests are and I will offer some suggestions.

Michele
