Calvo,

The Blue Horizon is not right in Kinsale, it is in Garretstown about 7 miles away. It is always extremely busy since there is a pub/restaurant right there. It could be noisy till closing time. Four Winds is near Charles Fort perhaps a mile or so outside Kinsale. I visited Four Winds a couple of years ago. It did not meet all the requirements for being listed or reviewed in my book.

Have you looked at my Lodgings page yet? Woodlands is very nice and close to town. If you plan on walking to town and back at night Woodlands is up a hill (as are many places in Kinsale). Landfall House is good too and in the same area. Right in town check out Desmond House.

Calvo,

I hope you enjoy the Olde Bakery in Kinsale. You will have to let us know how you liked it when you return.

I see you have another subject started for Dublin, so I will answer your inquiry there.

Michele
