Once again, Itinerary help!

This has been an interesting journey.....planning our trip.
To be perfectly honest, it's been difficult to know where we should go because we are both easy going and just enjoy new adventures.  We are learning as we plan but we still don't have the final itinerary.

We need help w/suggestions early in our trip.  While I know not everyone raves about it, I'd love to see the Waterford factory.  I am trying to figure out how to add it in....or not!

Here's what we have thus far.

Day One and Day Two -  in Dublin. Coming from Los Angeles, we'll be recupperating from jet lag.  We plan on seeing the "highlights" of Dublin

Day Three-  Stay over in Kilkenny.  On route go to Powerscourt and Glendalough

Day Four and Five-  ****this is where we need OVERNIGHT recommendations and sightseeing recs.  As I said, I'd love to make it to the Waterford Factory but if you all recommend cutting it, I'll respect the experts!  :)
Other interests would be Cashel, Blarney, Kinsale.  But known of it seems to flow on a map!

Day Six and Seven-   Overnight in Dingle.  On route see Kilarney Nat'l Park.
In Dingle, drive Dingle Penninsula

Day Eight-  Drive north.  See Adare Manor in route.  Overnight in Doolin.  Music in Doolin.

Day Nine-   During day, see the Burren and/or Cliffs of Moher.  Overnight in Bunratty for an early departure on Day 10 :(

Jill and John,

You could spend another day in Kilkenny and do a large circular day trip including Waterford, Cahir and Cashel. You might include a night in Blarney or Kinsale and then proceed to Dingle.
