I must be hungry to post two Irish breakfasts. Guess I will stick with my usual oatmeal instead of "a heart attack on a plate". They do look good though, don't they?

We're celebrating St. Patrick's Day by checking off the calendar's days -- three weeks from this morning we leave for Ireland!

I am so looking forward to Irish breakfasts again! I could totally relate to two pictures...

The only time I eat breakfast like that is when I am in Ireland. I have to spend 10 months every year recuperating from the chlosterole overload.
