Okay, feel free to laugh and tease me if this is a ridiculous question (I'm ready for it). Have travelled to lots of places (S. Korea, Guam, Phillipines, etc.) but have never travelled to Europe. So, here's my question. Rental cars in Ireland, will they have a cigarette lighter or equivalent power connector? Gotta have music with a bunch of musicians and that means an iPod in the car which means power supply. Do they have them in all cars? (please say yes, please say yes, oh please!! ).
Relax, Photo! Yes, they will have at least one of the cigarette lighters (there is a new politically correct term for those now but I can never remember it).
My first experience, I was concerned about where the foot controls would be; fortunately they are the same the world over apparently so one less thing to think about.
There are no silly questions, but sometimes the answers are.....
You should have no problem. Test out the charger before you leave the rental lot, and if it isn't working you can see if you can swap out for another car. Gotta have those tunes!
If all else fails, you'll have great time listening to some of the local Irish radio stations.
