Hello again!  Thanks for this wonderful forum...it has been so helpful. 

We are planning on booking ahead for our end of May trip.  Have you ever used goireland.com to book ahead? It seems pretty convenient, but I've been hesitant to push the booking button.  Or is it better to email each person, one by one?  Have you found that your reservations are pretty set in stone when you get there?  We're a little worried we waited too long!  We leave on the 20th of May.

Personally I would rather make each reservation individually. GoIreland has a booking engine but I have heard of glitches with the system. If you book ahead your reservations will be set in stone. This year with slow tourism I don't think there will be a problem booking now for May.

Thanks so much, Michele.  We decided to call and email each place.  We got quite a few calls in this morning, and most of the places were still open, so we're happy about that.  I think we'll call on the last few too and maybe verify through email.  We are getting so excited!  Thanks for all your advice.  This site is a gem!
