I am looking for an email address or web site for a B&B
in Kenmare called Whisper Pines

Phyllis,

Whispering Pines in Kenmare does not have a website. You can email Mary Fitzgerald at: wpines@eircom.net Her phone number: 064 664 1194.

We stayed at Whispering Pines in 2009. Just down the block from the town. Mary and John are a delight!

I met Mary & John a couple of years ago. They are wonderful hosts. Although I have not stayed there, they showed me all around. I recommend the B&B in my "Quick Picks".

Seems we stayed there years ago.  Is it just south of town, but an easy walk into the city centre?

Monty,

Whispering Pines is on the way out of Kenmare driving toward the bridge on the right. It is walking distance to town. It is a rather old-fashioned B&B, not purpose built. So the upstairs bedrooms have extremely tiny bathrooms that were slotted into closets. There is a room downstairs with a larger bathroom. But it was neat as a pin and has fantastic hosts. You will not get a finer Irish welcome.
