Keith and I are putting together a photo book with some of ourpictures from all of our trips. On our first trip in 2007, we drove from Dingle to Limerick by way of Tralee. Along the way we stumbled on a castle that was being renovated, and didn't have any signage to tell us what it was. I seem to remember it was rather close to Tralee, but I could be wrong at that as well. I do know that it isn't King John's, because it was not in Limerick City.
If anyone recognizes this, and knows the name, would you let me know?
Thanks so much!
- Wendy

I swapped out a couple of the pictures to see a slightly different view. We don't remember much except that it was right off the road. We were driving along and it was on the right side. We pulled off to take a look, but it was fenced off with a temp chain link for renovations, so we were only able to see a small part.
After looking at all the pictures and videos from our Google search, we are pretty confident you are correct. I didn't remember the river and bridge being so close, but 3 1/2 years after the fact, I've slept since then and don't remember everything!
