Ferry Service in November

I've tried to find out if there is Ferry service across the Shannon passageway from Killimer and Tarbert area but have had no luck. We think we'll be driving from the Cliffs of Moher to Killarney and I didn't want to backtrack all the way to the Limerick area if we didn't have to. Can you tell me if there is and how much does is usually cost and if reservations are required?

KrysJohn,

If you go to my "Transport" page and scroll down you will find a list of all ferries within Ireland. Click on Shannon Ferries for all the info you need. Last time I took it the ferry was around 14 euro one way. It might be a bit more now but you can email them for the exact price. No reservations are required. You just arrive, get in line, drive on and pay.
