Welcome to my forum. Motorcycles! Hope you get some good weather. Your itinerary looks doable with the exception of Day 4, which is totally packed and a long driving day. When you say Dingle, I assume you also want to do Slea Head Drive - one of Ireland's most scenic? You are covering a lot of ground in your short time. Even with a car I would be loath to do so much. But that may be the biker style.

You should be fine staying at various places while biking. There are motorcycle rallies all the time in Ireland. Just note that Friday April 29 is the start of a long holiday weekend. Galway is a popular town for weekends, especially holidays.
