Good Deal on Castle Accomodations

Hey gang.

The wife has indicated interest in possibly staying one night in a castle. Are there any good deals out there? I obviously don't want to spend the farm, but I'd like something memorable for her.

Most likely Clare (or anywhere in the west) and possibly Cork. We are in Newark at the airport now, so if  run out of time here I will check back once we get to Ireland.
