9 day car rental - am I missing something here?

We are in and out of Shannon in a few weeks for a 9 day trip.

I was able to secure from Budget:

Type of Vehicle:                   Intermediate 4 Door

Pick Up Date / Time:               Sunday, 5th June 2011, 07:30

Return Date / Time:                Tuesday, 14th June 2011, 09:00

Pick Up Location:                  Shannon Airport

Return Location:                   Shannon Airport

Rental Price                       EUR 188.65

The prices INCLUDES CDW, unlimited mileage, 24 hr road.  I does not includes the "super CDW" though.

Any thoughts on the "super CDW" insurance...i.e. where everything is covered, all the time, etc?  Its about 15Eur/day.

Does that also include the airport taxes and fees, local taxes, etc?

On my last rental in 2009, the "license & taxes fees" was in the vicinity of $500, over and above the rental quote

Airport surcharge

VAT

Charge for going to Northern Ireland

Is there a charge for canceling a reservation?

Is there a charge for changing a reservation?

Is there a "road tax" fee per day? If so, how much?

Is the car to be returned with a full tank of petrol or empty?

What other charges apply that are not included in the quoted price?

Look at www.insurance4carhire.com They cover more than Super CDW does including keys, undercarriage, glass, tires, etc.
