Hello Michaele
NOw that we have recovered from our failed trip to Ireland we ready to try again. We won't be going with brenden tours. I have been learking and reading all the info. CIE was mention in the blog by Michaele. Is it a good tour group to travel with and can any travel agent in the states work with CIE. My wife and I are bound and determined to tour Ireland by hook or crook.
CIE Tours generally gets good reviews. They are Ireland's premier tour company and have been in business for over 70 years. I have heard some negative feedback on occasion, but all companies get that. You can Google CIE Tours reviews to see.
Yes, any travel agent should be able to book you a CIE Tour. I just received notice that CIE's 2012 tour book is now available. Go to their website and request that one be sent to you. Then you can peruse the tours at your leisure and choose one that fits.
Many times booking well in advance will get you discounts.
I just received a discount code from CIE Tours today. It gives 5% off the land portion of your tour when you book from now until the end of the year and travel during 2011: 123111SAVE5
