Need advice on B&B

We are considering a B&B called St.Judes in a town southeast of Dublin.  It is in Upper Rathmines.  Another option is Ibis Hotel in Dublin.  We are trying to limit our costs so any other recommendation will be helpful. Can you advise us?

Welcome to my forum. I've not inspected St. Jude's. It is quite a ways from the central downtown of Dublin. Although according to their website public transportation is nearby. The Ibis Hotel is at Red Cow Roundabout on Naas Road. Again, not really in an ideal area.

Do you have a certain budget per night? Is budget more important than location and convenience?

Have you looked at Jurys Inn Christchurch?
