Dawn,

Welcome to my forum. Are you arriving and departing from Dublin? Will you spend any time there or just head out of the city? There is plenty to keep you busy in all the places you have mentioned, as you have discovered during your research. Wicklow is called the "Garden of Ireland" and if you like gardens there are several to interest you including Powerscourt, Mount Usher and others.

There is a lot to do in Kilkenny and the surrounding area including:

Kilkenny City, Castle & Cathedral

Kells Priory & Jerpoint Abbey

Inistioge Village & Woodstock Gardens

Rock of Cashel

Cahir Castle & Swiss Cottage

Depending on what you want to see maybe 3 days in Kilkenny and 2 in Wicklow?

In Wexford:

Wexford City

Hook Lighthouse

Tintern Abbey

JFK Arboretum

Kilmore Quay village

Unless you add extra days to your trip you shouldn't be going to other counties unless you delete one from above. However, north of Dublin are Cos. Meath and Louth. Below are a couple of articles from my Blog about them:

Thanks for the information. Yes we will be flying in an out of Dublin and we will be arriving around 8:30 in the morning. The only thing we really plan on doing in Dublin is go to church if we get through the airport in time. The reason we have decided to stay 3 days in Wicklow is because we figured out we will be arriving in Ireland on Easter Sunday. We aren't sure if things will be open, so right now we are thinking about just taking a nice drive through the county on the way to our B&B. Thanks again for your help. I'm sure I will have more questions through the coming months.

Dawn,

Most attractions are open on Easter but with reduced opening hours. It is Good Friday when much is closed but you will arrive after that. You are wise to have a targeted itinerary instead of trying to see and do it all (which is always impossible).
