Hi Michelle:

We will be arriving in Dublin on Sunday and wondering if most shops/restaurants/pubs and other points of interest will be open.  We planned on doing the Hop On/Off Bus to see the sights while we wait for our check in time at our hotel.  Thanks for your help!

Sharon,

What time do you arrive? A lot of things have limited opening hours on Sunday. For instance many of the museums are open 2 - 5. Make a list of what you want to see and check their websites to find out their hours on Sunday.

Restaurants and pubs are open.
