Rain, Hail, Sunshine - What a grand week!

Our trip has been wonderful so far! We haev experienced periods of sunshine and warmth, rain, and hail! No matter what the weather, any day in Ireland is better than a day at home!

Today is our easy day...we just finished breakfast at Gleeson's (gave my chef husband the morning off) and are ready to head out. Yesterday we headed East, nearly reaching the Irish Sea! We've had some long days so far, but having a self catering makes life so great!

Didn't realise you were over already. The weather has been a mixed bag this week but lots of breaks between the showers. Glad you are enjoying yourselves.

We made it back yesterday. What a wonderful couple of weeks. The weather was not too bad - a bit rainy here and there, but not bad. Thankfully our trip east to the Hill of Slane was before the major downpours hit the coast area. And also nice was that the rain ended in Dublin for the day that we spent there!

Welcome back! Would love to hear more when you have the time. Hope the jet-lag goes away soon.
