As a day trip or with overnight?

My route from just west of Lough Derg to Portrush is via Roscommon, Enniskillen and Omagh.

Thanks Tony, I would most likely do the trip as an overnight trip as we are both over 70's

I have an excellent recommendation of a place to stay outside Enniskillen on my Lodgings page.

All in its about 6 hours, 3 1/2 to Enniskillen and 2 1/2 Enniskillen to Portrush. If you do overnight in Enniskillen then you could head to Derry for a look around before following the coast east to the Causeway.
