I can't give you any info about Discover Ireland Tours other than they are approved by the ITB. You could call Tourism Ireland to see if they have any other info about them 1-800-223-6470. Or you can email them from their Cork & Kerry website: http://www.corkkerry.ie/

I hope you can find someone who has personally used them. Perhaps they can supply you with some testimonials?

Also contact Discover Ireland Tours and ask for testimonials. They should be able to provide those. I have a whole page of them on my website from my happy customers. If Tourism Ireland's toll-free number help desk cannot help you (I think they are farming it out now) use the link and email them. That will go directly to their office in Cork/Kerry. Let us know what happens.
