March 2014

I am currently planning a trip to Ireland and haven't a clue where to start! I fly into and out of Dublin in March 2014. This is my first adventure to Ireland and I'm going just to explore! I would like to see places other than Dublin but am open to what I end up seeing. I am planning on using public transportation while I am there. Any and all suggestions you have would be wonderful!  I would like to see the Cliffs of Moher and spend one night in a castle.

welcome,
How long for and when in March?

Public transport, mainly bus's will give access to many places and local tours are available from places like Galway and Killarney. A night in a castle might require the use of taxi's as they tend not to be on bus routes and also tend not to be castles, Michele has a comprehensive list on this site.
