Bunratty Banquet

We are taking our grown kids for the first time (our 4th trip) and would like to know where we can obtain tickets for the sold out Bunratty Castle Banquet for the date we require 8/14/2014. There must be other BB's and or hotels besides Bunratty's Meadows that pre buy tickets as part of a package.

Try http://www.shannonheritage.com/BookNow/

If the Banquet is Booked Up, Consider the Corn Barn / Traditional Irish Night:  https://www.shannonheritage.com/EveningEntertainments/TraditionalIrishNight/

The Banquet is Blanket booked by tours for the full season,, contact them directly and they will put you on a "reserve, cancellation" list,, whilst it might be a bit early for them to confirm a booking it is likely they will find room for you on the night at a later date when the tour numbers get confirmed.

The  Banquet is more, 'Renaissance Faire', whilst the Traditional Irish is more '1800's'.  It's hard to compare as the 'vibe' is totally different.

There is also Knappogue Castle, which is not too far away. Perhaps get on a wait list for the one of choice and if you get in cancel the other. I would send an email.
