I've no personal experience with them. Although their listing looks very nice, I have some concern over their distance from town center, as I always aim for something within walking distance.

If the 2 1/2 mile distance to town isn't an issue for you, then they would probably be fine.

I think but could be wrong that it is one of the cottages tied into Tara Farm a guest house in Kenmare we have used a fair bit over the years, Margret's daughter Ann has taken over the business. I wouldn't have a problem (except for the price) and it is listed by 5star Ireland. fivestar.ie/self-catering/lavender-lodge/

I like the following in Kenmare and have personally stayed at them:

Doire Farm Cottages (few miles outside town)
Kenmare Rentals (some units outside town overlooking Kenmare River and some right in town)

Sometimes they give my readers a discount, so mention my name if booking.
