Dublin bus stop 490

My wife and I will arrive in Dublin in June. My tentative plan is to take aircoach 702 to the Grand Canal Hotel. I know that this bus drops off at the Schoolhouse Hotel, but I don't know exactly where the bus picks up for the return trip to the airport. The aircoach information desk says that it is Dublin bus stop 490, "slightly up" from the Grand Canal Hotel. Can someone tell me where the 490 stop is in relation to the GCH? Is it within walking distance? Thank you for your help and input.

Google maps shows the bus stops.  If you 'hover over' the bus icon, an info panel shows which buses stop there:  https://goo.gl/maps/HxjDFvoYDBk

The Grand Canal Hotel is on Shelbourne Road (R815) and the 702 bus stops on Northumberland Road  (R118), about a city block away, in front of the Schoolhouse Hotel.  You can see the other stop on the same map, opposite the Target McConnolls.

Thanks for the link! For some reason the google maps on my phone doesn't show the bus stops.

I am thinking about getting the phone apps for the Dublin bus system, LUAS, DART, and aircoach. Do you have any experience with these apps? If so, how helpful do you find them to be? Again, I very much appreciate your assistance.

Haven't used them as I'm not much of an 'APP' person, but for those that are, it's probably a useful tool.
