portable oxygen refill

Anyone have any information or resources on refilling oxygen tanks for a medical condition? I was just informed that we have friends visiting the Dublin area for a week and they don't know where to begin on this issue.


i understand that they already did their research and clearance for the airline, but now they expect me to do the rest.


Michelle and friends - i hope someone has an idea, i am stumped and we work at a hospital here in Galway.
