Being a 'Self-touring' individual, I have no experience with this company. I see that TripAdvisor list them as offering multiple tours (Singing, whiskey tasting and general). I also notice that they are unrated and generally higher priced than other offerings, however.
What, exactly are you interested in seeing / doing whilst in Dublin?

I'm usually of the same do-it-yourself style as Bob, and just do my own thing. But there are two things I've done in Dublin that are tour based. Have taken the Hop On Hop Off bus tour to see the city at a leisurely pace, and the Literary Pub Crawl is an unbelievable evening of history with actors as guides that is worthwhile. Would encourage you to do both if you can.
