Dear Michele, thank you so much for sending my book!  I love it....it is so informative and enlightening.  It came just in time for me to share it with the friend I will be going with to Ireland when I had her over for dinner the other night.  All the hints you give are wonderful and will come in so handy for us!  Thanks again!
