I am trying to firm up reservations for June 3rd and June 4th at the Bervie. Started requesting September and haven't received any communucations from them. E-mailed again January 6th, still no reply. Tried to call this am (8:30), and I am getting wrong number or the number is changed. Got the phone number from their website, AND your book. Do you know what might be going on?
I realize this is a bank holiday (4 day?). Are they possibly waiting for a full 4 day stay reservation? Would really appreciate any insight you can give. Thanks for your time. You are invaluable.
It is possible that Liz and John are away on holidays. I had a problem getting in touch with them around the same time last year. There was an infrastructure problem on Achill Island that affected coumpter access and phone lines. Perhaps this is happening again? The email address and phone numbers are correct. I suggest you wait a week or so and try again.
