Welcome to the forum! I assume that "cold natured" means that you feel the cold? In that case you need to layer your clothes. If you go to my "Weather" page I have a chart with highs and lows for each month. My "Packing" page will be very helpful. Click on IrelandYes Index to get to the links.
You can get all four seasons in one day in Ireland. So it is best to be prepared. Hat, gloves, scarf, waterproof windbreaker are all essential.
I'm always happy to help. I should note that the windbreaker should have a good hood on it. If it is very windy an umbrella and/or hat will not work. The hood is attached and won't go flying off.
I guess I'm not cold-natured - to me, 55-60 is the perfect outdoor temperature!
That being said, we were in Ireland (kilkenny with day trips) for a week in 2002. I was fine with a woolen shawl I had bought on a previous trip, and often needed to take that off, as it was about 65 during most of the days, and 50 at night. Mists in most mornings, but only one day of real rain (the day we went to Ring of Kerry, of course) :)

Thank you for the info Green Dragon. My husband would also think that is perfect weather; however, 78-83 sounds like perfect weather to me... so I'm thinking about purchasing a northface triclimate jacket for me to wear.
