Believe it or not, there are not a great number of fabric stores in Ireland. Most are combined with home or furnishing shops and/or department stores. Also think of picking up things like napkins, doilies, lace, etc. if they will fit with your plans. Ask your B&B hosts and at the tourist office.

Since I don't know exactly the type of fabrics you are looking for I suggest browsing through the Irish Golden Pages: www.goldenpages.ie You will get quite a few results there.
