Has anyone stayed at the Albany House in Dublin?

I haven't stayed there but I understand they have no elevator and lots of stairs especially if you are on the 5th floor! I have also heard feedback about noise at night but that can happen at a lot of Dublin hotels. Dublin can be party city on weekends with pubs letting out very late and into the morning.
