Hi Everyone,

I wanted to let you know that Liam of Lamplighter Studio will be displaying his unique jewlery in Milwaukee on Saturday. Below is an excerpt from his newsletter. If you are in the area it sounds like fun.

Yep, I'll be heading to Ireland soon and will be hosting guests at Knockahopple Cottage for the summer. You still have a chance to get one last look at the new shard jewelry collection before I leave.

I will be at the Milwaukee County Historical Society's spring Folk Art & Craft Show & Sale this Saturday at Trimborn Farm in Greendale from 10a to 4p. Click here for a Map and Directions. I participated in this show last spring and truly enjoyed being in the company of the talented, hand-picked vendors. Stop by and check it out...it's located near Southridge Mall.

Thanks for mentioning my show, Michele. It's kind of a crazy thing to do only a day-and-a-half before leaving for Ireland, but hopefully the sales will mean a few more euros I can "invest" in Ireland.

Starting in 2008, I'm hoping to do some shows outside of the Milwaukee area, so if anyone has connections with some higher end art and craft shows, I'd love to check them out.

Now I must pack...I have special gear I pack especially for hunting for broken dishes in Ireland ;)

I wish you every success with the show. I hope you sell out so you can invest it all in your Irish cottage. It sounds like a busy time.

Liam,

I wish you all the best at your show. As spectacular as your jewelry is, I wouldn't be surprised if you sold out. Hopefully someday you will find yourself out this way and I can peruse your wares.

Have a safe journey and good luck with all of your cottage work and guests this summer. Try to keep Corey busy so that the imps don't lead him too far astray! giggle.gif
