3 day trip to Limerick

Hello,
 We will be arriving at the Shannon Airport on June 17th, staying in Limerick, and have 3 days to play. Since it is such a short time we were looking for help to plan our trip. We were told Taxi's were around 35 eu so we planed on using public transportation for all our trips. Just desided to go so we haven't had a great deal of time to plan our trip. So Thanks for your help.

There are day trips you can take from Limerick:

You can also spend a day in Limerick City seeing the Hunt Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral, King John's Castle and shopping.

You will have no problems filling three days with sightseeing. The tourist office in Limerick will be of help while you are there. Enjoy your trip and I hope you will return to Ireland again some day for a longer trip.
