Philip offers choices, crepes, smoked salmon, eggs - fresh fish, breads, fruits ! Wonderful breakfast room with windows, white linens, china etc. We had a very comfortable room, with a modern bathroom, (though my husband still hates the sinks with the separate hot and cold faucets). The bed was nice and firm. Everything nicely decorated and NOT too GIRLY. INTERNET ACCESS on a common computer was also nice!! My ONLY negative was the strong smell of plastic, or paint, or something that was permeating the whole place, I opened our window in hopes of airing it out, it was giving me a headache, my husband thought it might be cleaning fluids,, not sure but that for me clouded my experience somewhat I must admit. Philip and Noreen were very pleasant but the night we stayed they must have been booked- all rooms- the parking area was full. It is wonderful being right in Kinsale and being able to walk to the water, the boats and restaurants. Note: Tuesday nights many of the restaurants are closed. Also shops seem to close at 6pm. and open 10 am in morning.
