no jet lag

Has anyone out there tried the No Jet Leg tablets? I see them advertised quite a bit but don't know anyone who has actually tried them. The idea of dropping into SNN, grabbing a rental car, and beginning our Irish adventure with a drive is a bit daunting; I'd like to get all the advantage I can get. My only experience with jet lag is our flight back from Maui to Mpls, and we were able to crawl into bed for a four hour nap. WC

wcomalley,

I have not tried No Jet Lag Tablets. Nothing I have tried really worked so I have given up. It is different each time. Sometimes I arrive ready to go and at other times I am dragging. But perhaps someone else on the forum has tested it.

I've never tried the No Jet Lag tablets, but I am planning to try a 3-day "jet lag diet" before my trip later this month.  It's described in another thread on this forum: just do a search for "jet lag diet."  I have no idea if that works, either, but I'm certainly going to give it a try!
