Your hotel should store your luggage for you since you will be checking in later in the day. There is also a left luggage facility at Dublin Airport but they charge per bag - and that might mean some backtracking too. The hotel should not charge. Drop them an email. Who knows, you may get lucky and actually be able to have an early check-in. But don't count on it.

Good to hear. I would get the name of the person taking the bags. Also have them write on letterhead how many bags and sign it. Never hurts to back things up.
