I have never been able to afford Adare Manor either. Oh well, it is nice dreaming about it. I visited Berkeley Lodge recently and liked the accommodation and the host. It is right around the corner from the main part of town so will be quiet, while within walking distance.

Hi Michele,

Ended up at adarecountryhouse.com. For two it is 80 euros = $114.33 -- dollar isn't doing too well. Also contacted: Berkeley Lodge, Hillcrest Country Home, and Duhallow House.
Everyone is charging 80 euros, or not far from that price. Duhallow House was our first choice, but she will not be open due to her working on some alternative business opportunities.

The adarecountryhouse.com is very nice -- in town.
