It probably depends on what night you will be there. The Clontarf Court Hotel Bar has music on Wednesday nights. In Howth you might try the Abbey Tavern. Finding Trad can be hit or miss. Many sessions are not advertised months in advance. Ask at your B&B as they may know what is on in the area. The local grapevine is always best. For pub grub you might try The Yacht.
