ashford cong area B & B's

Can anyone give me some recommendations on B & B's in the Ashford Cong Area?

There is a fairly new B&B which has gotten some excellent reviews. I have yet to stay there, having not been up Cong way in a while. It is Michaeleen's Manor B&B. They seem to have a Quiet Man theme going.

Ashfield House is one which has earned high praise.

Hazel Grove B&B is about five minutes, driving, outside of Cong. It is a very peaceful place. Anne Coakley is an absolute delight. The view of the lake was a pleasant surprise, as well.

Thanks Bit-

I am thinking of going up that way on my way from Doolin to Letterkenny in September.  Was looking for a stopping point for a couple of days and would serve as a base for that area and Connemara.

noshot9,

Ashfield House and Ballywarren House are both nice. Another area to consider is Oughterard.
